Congratulations, Scott!
We are thrilled to announce that our colleague Scott Knox has accepted the role of Corporate Product Support Director for Coastline Equipment. For the past two years at Coastline Scott worked closely with our branches as Director of Branch Operations. Scott came to Coastline in 2020 from the Construction and Forestry Division of John Deere in Moline, IL. While at John Deere Scott held several roles such as Sales and Technical Product Trainer, Territory Sales Manager, Channel Development Manager, and Division Manager of Customer Support. Going forward, Scott will run Coastline’s Parts and Service Aftermarket Operations from the Long Beach office, upholding the highest standards of efficiency, customer service, and profitability. His vast experience and dedication to customer satisfaction make him an excellent fit for this role and we believe customers and employees will benefit from his expertise.
