Satisfyd, the customer experience survey platform used by Coastline Equipment, launched the Certified Dealer Program to highlight “dealerships that show consistent effort towards providing exceptional customer experiences and/or outstanding employee engagement.” Thanks to our consistent outperformance of Satisfyd’s standards in customer service, Coastline finds itself among those distinguished dealerships.
